We are looking for a Business Dev with a bit of experience in sales, impeccable image and amazing grasp of english language. Join our growing sales team in Wrocław, travel abroad to meet with promising clients and represent our company on international conferences. 

 

Applover is a Software Development company with offices in Wrocław, Berlin and New York. We are building quality digital products for clients around the world. Help us gather new interesting projects and expand even further.


Responsibilities:

  • Verifying leads and being their first point of contact with us;
  • Contacting and arranging meetings with prospective clients;
  • Sharing the value of working with us and our business propositions;
  • Resolving client issues, identifying their needs and proposing suitable services;
  • Representing the company at international conferences and fairs;
  • Supporting the team in searching for new clients and business opportunities.

 

Requirements:

  • at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at a software company or startup;
  • Profound understanding of sales processes and account management;
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets over several consecutive quarters;
  • Fluent Polish and excellent English (C1)
  • Familiarity with Pipedrive or any other CRM;
  • Highly developed persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills;
  • Availability to travel abroad for work.

 

We are planning localized marketing campaigns in cities around the world – Frankfurt, London, Berlin, Boston, New York. Our sales team is generating potential clients lead and a Business Dev will be responsible to make the meetings happen and if possible – to close a deal on a new and exciting project for our software developers.
